I. Core Structural Components

II. 4-Step Working Principle & Process

• Step 1: Hydraulic Lowering: The machine moves into position over the trough tracks, and the hydraulic system lowers the rotating chain assembly deep into the pile bottom (1.5–2.0 m depth).

• Step 2: Excavation & High-Level Throwing: High-strength chain plates scoop raw material from the bottom, lifting and throwing it backward into the air for max oxygen exposure and moisture evaporation.

• Step 3: Line-by-Line Reversal: After finishing one strip, the chain lifts, the machine reverses, shifts laterally, and continues until the entire trough is flipped.

• Step 4: Multi-Trough Transfer: Combined with an automated transfer car, a single chain plate turner can service multiple parallel troughs, significantly cutting total equipment costs.
