3. Working Principle
The operational logic of the Double Roller Press Granulator can be summarized as: Forced Feeding → Pressing → Crushing & Grading.
Core Operational Stages:

Forced Feeding: Raw materials enter through the hopper and are delivered evenly between the two counter-rotating rollers, often assisted by an optional screw pre-compression device.

Extrusion & Shaping: The two rollers rotate at the same speed in opposite directions. As the material enters the "nip area" (the gap between rollers), it is subjected to intense mechanical pressure. This causes plastic deformation, compressing the powder into a continuous, solid flake or sheet of a specific thickness.

De-molding: As the rollers continue to rotate, the compressed flakes are automatically detached from the roller surface by elastic recovery and specialized stripping devices.

Crushing & Screening: The detached flakes enter a lower crusher to be broken down. The resulting mixture then enters a screening machine.

Qualified Granules: Sent to the finished product warehouse.
